Problem Manager

Ever expanding, this national organisation is seeking an experienced Problem Manager to coordinate the resolution of all high priority problems. Working closely with the Incident Manager, you will ensure that all problems raised are managed in accordance with set Problem Management processes.

This position is both proactive and reactive, as providing resolutions to known issues and managing the resolution of multiple incidents are key responsibilities. Agreeing the priority of problems, and delegating medium and low priority issues to technology groups will be added aspects of this role.

Experience identifying improvements in Problem Management processes and producing detailed reports would be highly regarded, whilst ITIL certifications and relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.
